Rondelle has a comprehensive understanding of Real Estate and land sales which enables her to assist in all aspects in relation to the subdivision of land. This includes but is not limited to sourcing of the englobo land, understanding all aspects of developing, writing contracts, knowing the necessary steps in assisting with finance approvals and following the transaction through to settlement. Combined, this makes Rondelle a highly capable and valuable team member.

In 2003, after eight years in the Real Estate industry, Rondelle completed her Certificate in Real Estate Management which permits Rondelle to run and manage her own Real Estate Office if she chose to do so. Rondelle currently heads up the land sales East of Perth and also sources developable land within that area for subdivision.

This extensive knowledge of Real Estate, coupled with her experience in advertising and marketing positions Rondelle well to serve any developer, from the initial analysis and assessment through to the most profitable methods to market the end product.
